WHEREAS, the 2024 Extended Tax Duplicate listed Block 34.01 Lot 2.01, is owned by Grainger, Murray and Rachel;

WHEREAS, 2025 1st qtr. Tax should be refunded $9,969.61 for a duplicate due to the property being paid by the Mortgage Company and the owner Grainger, Murray and Rachel, and;

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to refund bl-34.01 Lt-2.01 in the amount of $9,969.61 for 1^st qtr. 2025

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 28^th day of April 2025, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following tax of $9,969.61 is to hereby be refunded and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records.
