Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing a Shared Service Agreement with the Township of Hamilton for Clinical Services, Not to Exceed $4,000.00

WHEREAS, Princeton is in need of provision of certain local public health services (services related to Sexually Transmitted Diseases - STD’s and other certain clinical services); and
WHEREAS, Princeton is desirous of entering into a Shared Services Agreement to provide certain public health services related to STD’s with Hamilton Township; and
WHEREAS, both parties have agreed upon a not to exceed 2025 agreement of $4,000.00; and
WHEREAS, a Shared Services Agreement has been drafted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:65-1, et seq. effectuating the intent of the parties and is annexed hereto;
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that sufficient funds are available to pay for said services from account 01-201-27-330-281, Board of Health and Professional and Consulting - Other Services; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Shared Services Agreement with Hamilton Township for the provision of certain public health services related to STD’s.
