Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to Cease and Desist Alcoholic Beverage License 1114-31-032-002 as of June 30, 2025

WHEREAS, the Princeton Italian American Club (“Licensee”) is the holder of Alcoholic Beverage License 1114-31-032-002; and
WHEREAS, by letter dated June 3, 2025, from Licensee’s treasurer, Anna Pinelli, to Princeton Municipal Clerk Dawn M. Mount, the Licensee has advised Princeton of its intent to surrender its alcoholic beverage license as of June 30, 2025;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated herein as if restated herein.
2. For the reasons set forth in said recitals, Alcoholic Beverage License 1114-31-032-002, in the name of the Princeton Italian American Club, shall cease to exist (be placed into history) as of June 30, 2025.
3. Certified copies of this resolution shall be sent to the Princeton Italian American Club and to the State of New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
