Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing the Cancellation of Sewer Billing for the Year 2023, 2024 and 2025 on Block 34.01, Lot 17

WHEREAS, the 2025 Extended Tax Duplicate listed Block 34.01 Lot 17, listed as, owned by Borough of Princeton, and;
WHEREAS, the 2025 Extended Tax Duplicate listed Block 34.01 Lot 17 with an Assessed Value of $758,000, and;
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector has determined that the assessed value is for land only, and should not be billed for sewage;
WHEREAS, Borough of Princeton has been incorrectly billed for 2023,2024 and 2025 sewer in the amount of $53.20, and;
WHEREAS, a refund of $52.40 should be issued, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 8th day of October 2025, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that sewer fees totaling $53.20 are hereby canceled and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records for 2023, 2024 and 2025, and is hereby released from the collection of the same.
