WHEREAS, the 2025 Tax Duplicate listed Block 30.02 Lot 47, was previously owned by Coop, Andrew and Thomas Perc and currently owned by Kosaraju, Akhila and Joseph A. Bishop;
WHEREAS, the 2025 Tax Duplicate listed Block 30.02 Lot 47 property location -
31 Chestnut;
WHEREAS, this property is exempt for a portion of 3rd qtr. 2025, 4th qtr. 2025 and the 2026 preliminary;
WHEREAS, TRT of Princeton-Abstract Company LLC has over paid for 2025 3rd and 4th qtr., in the amount of $6,960.83;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to refund the above property taxes in the amount of $6,960.83 for the overpayment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 8th day of October 2025, by Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following property taxes are refunded and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records, and is hereby released from the collection of the same.
