WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor has determined that the assessed value is overstated for the below, and that the assessments were decreased due to stipulation appeals, due to an Assessors error.
WHEREAS, the below properties. have been over assessed for 2026 in the amount of $13,726.31, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to refund the following properties for the overpayments/overbilling on the 1st and 2nd qtr. 2026
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, on this 14th day of September 2026, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following $13,726.31 is to hereby be refunded and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records:
