Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing Adjustments of the Sewer Billing for Princeton University for the Tax Year 2026

WHEREAS, 2026 sewer for Princeton University was incorrectly billed, and;
WHEREAS, 2026 sewer accounts should be reduced by $10,390.25, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to reduce the sewer billing on the below listed properties in the amount of $10,390.25
for incorrectly billed sewer and adjust the preliminary 2027 sewer.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 26th day of October 2026, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following sewer amount are hereby canceled and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records, and is hereby released from the collection of the same.
