Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to Enter Closed Session (Open Public Meetings Act Sec.3)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of Princeton:
This body will now convene into a closed session that will be limited only to consideration of an item or items with respect to which the public may be excluded pursuant to section 7B of the Open Public Meetings Act.
The general nature of the subject or subjects to be discussed in said session are as follows:
• Hinkson’s Lease Renewal Negotiations-N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(7) (ongoing contract negotiations)
• Contract negotiations and matters requiring confidential advice of counsel regarding 132 Brickhouse Road lease agreement and related issues
• Confidential advice from counsel regarding the potential use or lease of municipally owned property
• Matters requiring confidential advice from counsel regarding Friends of Herrontown Woods lease and adopt-a-park agreements
• CFO search- N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(7) (ongoing contract negotiations); N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(8) (personal matter involving terms/conditions of prospective employment
The matters discussed will be made public when the need for confidentiality no longer exists.
