Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing A Sewer Cancellation For Block 9401 Lot 3 for the Tax Year 2026 of $300.08

WHEREAS, the 2026 Extended Tax Duplicate listed Block 9401 Lot 3 as owned by Klaus and Eugenia Schmidt, and;
WHEREAS, the sewer fee was incorrectly billed in 2026 and 2027 preliminary for $300.08, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to cancel the sewer billing of 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th qtr. 2026 and 2027 preliminary for Block-9401 lot-3 the amount of $300.08, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 24th day of August 2026, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that sewer fees totaling $300.08 are hereby canceled and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records for 2026 and 2027 preliminary and is hereby released from the collection of the same.
