Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing a Change in Custodian of Petty Cash Fund

WHEREAS, Rayna Harris was custodian of the Municipal Clerk Petty Cash Fund; and

WHEREAS, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:5-21, the Mayor and Council of Princeton is changing the custodian to Dawn M. Mount; and

WHEREAS, the person having custody of the fund will be bonded with surety in an amount not less than $1,000 or the amount of the fund, whichever is greater;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of Princeton hereby authorizes such action and this Resolution be filed with the Division of Local Government Services, New Jersey Department of Community Affairs for approval.
