Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing an Increase of $20,000.00 to the Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services Agreement with RnD Consulting, LLC for Information Technology Support Services for a New Not to Exceed Amount of $85,000.00

WHEREAS, on January 7, 2025, by Resolution 25-21, the Municipality of Princeton authorized the renewal of an Agreement with RnD Consulting, LLC for Information Technology Support from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, for an amount not to exceed $65,000.00; and
WHEREAS, additional IT services will be needed due to staffing shortages; and
WHEREAS, it is estimated that the additional services shall not exceed $20,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that sufficient funds are available to pay for said services from account 01-201-20-125-293.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Municipality of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The Mayor and Council, or their designee, hereby authorize the first amendment to the agreement originally renewed by Resolution 25-21 on January 7, 2025, to increase the not to exceed amount by $20,000 for a new not to exceed amount of $85,000.00.
2. All remaining provisions of the original agreement not otherwise amended by or inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect.
3. This Resolution, when countersigned by RnD Consulting LLC, shall serve as the first amendment to the renewed agreement between the parties.
4. Notice of this action shall be published in the official newspaper as required by law.
5. A copy of this Resolution shall be placed on file in the Office of the Clerk.
