Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing Adjustments of the Sewer Billing for BL-5705 LT-10.02 for the Tax Year 2026 of $948.64

WHEREAS, the 2026 Extended Tax Duplicate listed Block 5705 Lot 10.02, is owned by Soneji, Yogesh & Tara Bhandari;
WHEREAS, 2026 sewer should be reduced by $948.64, and;
WHEREAS, Soneji, Yogesh & Tara Bhandari, has documented a water leak in 2025 and is being billed for the usage in 2026, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to cancel the above listed sewer in the amount of $948.64 for the tax year 2026 and adjust the preliminary 2027 bill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 24th day of August 2026, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following sewer amount is hereby canceled and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records, and is hereby released from the collection of the same.
