WHEREAS, at the Princeton Municipal Tax Sale held on December 12, 2025, a lien was sold on Block 20.09 Lot 49.15 C490, also known 49 Palmer Sq. West Unit O Princeton, NJ for 2024 delinquent taxes: and,
WHEREAS, this lien, known as certificate #25-00001, was sold Antony Malinowski, for 0% interest and a $50,000.00 premium; and,
WHEREAS, Carol Boyle, the Executor and Beneficiary, has affectively redeemed Certificate #25-00001 in the amount of $25,332.15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chief Financial Officer be authorized to issue a check in the amount of $75,332.15, payable to Anthony Malinowski, 3 Roosevelt Rd. Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889 for the redemption of Tax Sale Certificate #25-00001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Financial Officer to issue a check totaling the amount of $75,332.15 for the Premium and Certificate to Anthony Malinowski.
