                     WHEREAS, the Code of the Municipality of Princeton, Section T16-6 (d) allows for the Mayor and Council to grant permission to persons to have alcoholic beverages in a public park; and

                     WHEREAS, the Princeton Democratic Organization (PCDO) has requested permission from the Mayor and Council for its members to bring alcoholic beverages for their own consumption to Grover Park for the PCDO Family Picnic on July 12^th, 2026 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of Princeton as follows:

1.   Members of the PCDO are granted permission to bring alcoholic beverages for their own consumption to Grover Park for the PCDO Family Picnic on July 12^th, 2026 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
