Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing Proration of Taxes for the 4th Quarter 2025 Exempt to Taxable Block 10501 Lot 1.03

WHEREAS, the 2025 Extended Tax Duplicate listed Block 10501 Lot 1.03, is owned by Institute For Advanced Study;
WHEREAS, the 2025 Extended Tax Duplicate listed Block 10501 Lot 1.03 property location 104 Battle Rd. West., and;
WHEREAS, the owners Institute For Advanced Study were exempt, the new owners Bhatt Bhargav and Wei Ho are taxable from the purchase date and the 4th qtr. 2025 should be adjusted to reflect $1,548.13 adjustment;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to cancel the above listed property taxes in the amount of $1,548.13 for the tax year 2025;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 25th day of August 2025, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following property taxes are hereby cancelled and the Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records, and is hereby released from the collection of the same.
