WHEREAS, The Princeton Office of Emergency Management, is supported by employees of the Municipality. In the event of an emergency, it is important to have a line of succession to help manage events in the absence of the Emergency Management Coordinator and,

WHEREAS, to ensure leadership in the Princeton Office of Emergency Management, Police Chief Matthew Solovay, is hereby appointed as a Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator, and,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Municipality of Princeton that Princeton is authorized to appoint Matthew Solovay as a Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator. This term will be effective through January 31^st, 2028.
