Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the Municipality of Princeton Authorizing the Award of a Contract to HG Media for 2026 Princeton Podcast Sponsorship for an Amount Not to Exceed $7,800.00

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Princeton wishes to sponsor the Princeton Podcast in 2026; and
WHEREAS, HG Media provided a proposal for these services for an amount not to exceed $7,800.00, to be paid in quarterly installments of $1,950.00; and
WHEREAS, the Certified Financial Officer has certified that the Municipality of Princeton has appropriated sufficient funds for these services in account 01-201-20-111-283; and
WHEREAS, the podcast is hosted by the Mayor, who uses the podcast for purposes of providing municipal information to the Princeton community: and
WHEREAS, the term of this contract shall be twelve months.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Municipality of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The Mayor and Council, or their designee, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with HG Media to Sponsor the Princeton Podcast in 2026 for an amount not to exceed $7,800.00.
2. The Term of this contract shall be twelve months.
3. A copy of this Resolution and contract will be kept on file in the Office of the Clerk.
