WHEREAS, Hamill, Mary O. and John Neale are the current owner of Block 7901 Lot 3, property location 371 Riverside Dr.;
WHEREAS, this property is exempt for 2025. and the 2026 preliminary;
WHEREAS, Hamill, Mary O. and John Neale has been billed 3rd and 4th qtr. 2025 and the 2026 prelim in the amount of $43,820.92;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to cancel the above property taxes in the amount of $43,820.92 for the 3rd and 4th qtr. of 2025 taxes and adjust 2026 preliminary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 27th day of October 2025, by Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following property taxes are canceled and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records, and is hereby released from the collection of the same.
