WHEREAS, 2025 4th qtr. tax of property address 256 Bunn Dr Unit 5 Bl-4301 lt-5 C05 should be refunded $5,482.40 for an overpayment and 256 Bunn Dr Unit 6 Bl-4301 lt-5 C06 should be refunded $6,089.12 due to a Tax Court Judgment reducing the assessments from,1,082,600 to 882,000 and 1,140,000 to 917,200 and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to refund bl-4301 lt-5 C05 in the amount of $5,482.40 and Bl-4301 lt-6 C06 for 4th qtr. 2025
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 24th day of August 2026, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following tax of $11,571.52 amount is to hereby be refunded and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records.
