Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to Enter Closed Session (Open Public Meetings Act Sec.3)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of Princeton:
This body will now convene into a closed session that will be limited only to consideration of an item or items with respect to which the public may be excluded pursuant to section 7B of the Open Public Meetings Act.
The general nature of the subject or subjects to be discussed in said session are as follows:
• Hinkson’s Lease Renewal Negotiations-N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(7) (ongoing contract negotiations)
• Update on CFO search-N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(7) (ongoing contract negotiations); N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(8) (personnel matter involving terms/conditions of prospective employment)
• Matters requiring confidential advice of counsel regarding Friends of Herrontown Woods lease and adopt-a-park agreements
The matters discussed will be made public when the need for confidentiality no longer exists.
