WHEREAS, by Resolution 2023-364 adopted on November 21, 2023, the Municipality of Princeton (“Princeton”) authorized a contract with National Auto Fleet Group for Two (2) New/Unused Phoenix Motorcars Shuttle Vehicles for $480,060.00 utilizing Sourcewell National Cooperative (“Sourcewell”) Contract #091521-NAF; and
WHEREAS, these vehicles were ordered in November 2023; and
WHEREAS, Princeton received notice from National Auto Fleet Group that they will not honor the existing agreement; and
WHEREAS, Princeton wishes to cancel the contract with National Auto Fleet Group.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Council of the Municipality of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the Mayor and Council, or their designee, is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the contract with National Auto Fleet Group for Two (2) New/Unused Phoenix Motorcars Shuttle Vehicles for $480,060.00.
