Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing Refunds of Property Tax $6,260.28 For the Year 2026 On Block 9704 Lot 3

WHEREAS, the current owner Salvatore and Paula Taibi of Block 9704 Lot 3, property location 41 Benjamin Rush Lane.;
WHEREAS, this property is exempt for a prorated portion of 2026 2nd qtr.3rd 4th and 2027 preliminary;
WHEREAS, The current owners mortgage company has paid for 2026 2nd and 3rd qtr. in the amount of $7,543.54;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to refund the above property taxes in the amount of $6,260.28 for the prorated 2nd qtr. and 3rd 2026 taxes and adjust 2027 preliminary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 14th day of September, 2026, by Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following property taxes are refunded and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records, and is hereby released from the collection of the same.
