Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing Cancellation of Stale Dated Checks for 2025

WHEREAS, there currently exists stale dated checks in the Claims Account, Municipal Court General Account and;
WHEREAS, said stale dated checks should be cancelled and transferred to the proper statutory account-Current Fund Miscellaneous Revenue Not Anticipated for Claims, Municipal Court General Account and Municipal Court Bail Account;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to cancel said stale dated checks in the Claims Account $45,342.60, and Municipal Court General $142.37 for a grand total of $45,484.97;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor & Council of Princeton that as per the below list, these stale dated checks be cancelled and that said totals be transferred to the proper statutory account-Current Fund Miscellaneous Revenue Not Anticipated.
