Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Princeton Authorizing a Refund of a Tax Overpayment For Block-39.01 Lot-12 For The 4th Quarter Tax Year 2025 for $1,410.23

WHEREAS, 2025 4th qtr. tax of property address 118-120 Mercer St. Bl-39.01 Lt-12 $1,410.23 should be refunded for an overpayment due to a Tax Court Judgment reducing the assessment from $1,032,200.00 to $980,600.00 and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Council of Princeton to refund bl-39.01 lt-12 in the amount of $1,410.23 for 4th qtr. 2025
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 12th day of October 2026, by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, that the following tax of $1,410.23 amount is to hereby be refunded and the Princeton Tax Collector is authorized to adjust her records.
