WHEREAS, by Resolution 25-236 adopted on July 14, 2025, Princeton authorized the purchase of an 800-HPR Eco Series IV Truck Mounted Jet from Jet Vac Equipment for $231,079.01 without public bidding as permitted by law; and

WHEREAS, while placing the order, Jet Vac Equipment identified a pricing configuration error which resulted in an error in the total amount of their proposal; and

WHEREAS, on July 17, 2025, Jet Vac Equipment provided an updated proposal with a corrected total of $242,640.82; and

WHEREAS, it is requested that the Mayor and Council accept the revised proposal price; and

WHEREAS, the Certified Financial Officer has certified that Princeton has appropriated sufficient funds for these goods in account 04-215-25-007-089-333.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of Princeton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1.
                     The Mayor and Council, or their designee, hereby accept the revised proposal price of $242,640.82 for the purchase of a 800-HPR Eco Series IV Truck Mounted Jet that was previously authorized by Resolution 25-236 on July 14, 2025, without public bidding as permitted by law.

2.
                     A copy of this Resolution and the Contract will be kept on file in the Office of the Clerk.
