STATEMENT CONCERNING NOTICE OF MEETING  
Notice of this meeting was provided in accordance with the requirements of the Open Public  
Meetings Act and State regulations governing public meetings, including the time, date and location  
of the meeting and clear and concise instructions to the public for accessing the meeting and making  
comments. In addition, the agenda and all related materials were posted electronically and made  
available to the public on Princeton's meeting portal in advance of the meeting.

The Municipal Clerk then called the roll.

-Contract Negotiations between the Municipality of Princeton and the Princeton Public Schools  
Board of Education  
Council President Mia Sacks joined the meeting at 2:10 p.m.  
Kevin Van Hise, Assistant Municipal Attorney, provided Council with legal guidance on  
how a potential agreement with the Princeton Public Schools could be executed.  
Council held a discussion regarding the potential terms and conditions of an agreement.  
Mr. Van Hise left the meeting at 2:30 p.m.  
-Contract Negotiations Concerning the Westminster Conservatory  
Councilman David Cohen provided Council a status update regarding possible contract  
negotiations concerning the Westminster Conservatory. Council then held discussion  
-Contract Negotiations-PBA  
Robert Merryman, Labor Counsel from Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro & Murphy, joined  
the meeting at 3:00 p.m.  
Deanna Stockton, Deputy Administrator/Municipal Engineer, and Jeff Grosser, Deputy  
Administrator/Director of Health, left the meeting at 3:00 p.m.  
Bernard Hvozdovic, Administrator, introduced the topic and provided Council with an  
overview on the current status of the contract negotiations with the PBA.  
Mr. Merryman provided some legal guidance and general background information to Council  
regarding employee contributions and Chapter 78 in relation to healthcare. Council then  
held discussion and asked questions as needed.  
Mr. Merryman left the meeting at 3:42 p.m.  
-Contract Negotiations in Connection with Tennis Facility Lease, N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b)7  
There was no discussion held regarding the contract negotiations in connection with the  
tennis facility lease. The topic will be revisited at a future meeting to be determined.

ADJOURNMENT  
A motion to closed the Closed Session portion to return to Open Session was made by  
Councilman David Cohen, seconded by Council President Mia Sacks, and carried  
unanimously by all members present. Then a motion to adjourn at 3:42 p.m. was made by  
Councilman David Cohen, seconded by Council President Mia Sacks, and carried  
unanimously by all members present.
